Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lets Print 3D, all of our products are 3D printed to order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made-to-order or customised. Due to this:

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

For non-custom items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [letsprint3d@hotmail.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping where applicable)

4. Important Notes on 3D Printed Products

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Minor imperfections, layer lines, or slight variations in colour/finish are normal and not considered defects

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final item

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
